Commercial conditions governing quotations, sales, rental agreements, delivery, and installation services in Qatar.
1. Agreement to Terms
By requesting quotations, hiring, or purchasing products and services from Qatar Porta Cabins, clients and contractors agree to be bound by these commercial terms and conditions.
2. Quotations and Specifications
All quotations provided online, via email, or WhatsApp are estimates based on initial project scopes. Final binding agreements are issued alongside detailed technical specifications, CAD layout drawings, and delivery schedules agreed with the client.
3. Site Delivery & Access in Qatar
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the project site in Qatar provides suitable, unobstructed access for flatbed boom trucks and cranes. Any special gate passes or access clearances required for restricted zones (including Ras Laffan RLIC, Mesaieed MIC, or Hamad Port) must be arranged in coordination with our transport desk prior to dispatch.
4. Rental Terms and Maintenance
Rental units remain the property of Qatar Porta Cabins. Rental contracts include scheduled preventive maintenance on air-conditioning systems and electrical distribution boards. Clients must operate units within standard electrical loads and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
5. Custom Fabrication & Warranties
Custom-fabricated modular units are manufactured strictly to client-approved submittal drawings. Standard structural warranties cover chassis integrity, sandwich panel adhesion, and roof waterproofing against defects under normal operating conditions.
